What to expect: Consulting engagements begin with a discovery phase to understand your organization, your goals, and your challenges. From there, we co-create a roadmap and work alongside your team to bring it to life.

Facilitation
Sometimes your team needs a different voice in the room.
SD Consulting provides expert facilitation for strategy sessions, leadership training, team development, or challenging meetings that require that external sounding board.

I bring nearly two decades of experience in leadership development, HR strategy, change management, and team coaching to this work. I have led teams through complex integrations, built programs from the ground up, and coached leaders at every level through some of their most important transitions.
